there's some sort of saying, isn't there? about without rain, there can be no sunshine? or rain makes the garden grow? well, whatever it is, i've been growing some sugar flowers!

HOWEVER, i simply cannot WAIT to post some pictures of some of the things i've been working on! Chef Ron is a PHENOMENAL talent who shares such a wealth of information, in gushing torrents. i have learned so much already.
yes, i, sadly, missed out on a finale of sorts, BUT despite that, a testament to his lessons, AND chef cynthia's gracious willingness to come in early, sit with me and show me what i missed, i was able to play catch up wednesday afternoon!
my flowers aren't fully dusted or detailed, but it's certainly a garden now! take a peek and i'll write more... once i'm done having fun this coming weekend!

Wow, it is truly amazing what you can make with sugar. Chef RBI was obviously a great teacher (and of course you're a great student).
